No, I would not adjust the hop additions. They are based on your final gravity and balance, not
on the boil gravity.Make note of what Yooper said above. Check your DME and adjust your
    specialty grains...

I think you are on the right track reducing the base grain. I would not change any of the
specialty grains. However, I would not add the DME until right at the end of the boil - the
    last ten minutes o...

I currently use the 5 gallon Braumeister so my grain amount is limited to about 12#. Anytime I
have a recipe with more then that in grain weight I have been using less base malt and adding
    DME. I use ...

Are you starting your mash with the correct amount of water? I tend to go slightly a smidge
over the recommended amount just to make sure I'm adding enough to the fermenter at the end.
    However, yester...

So lately I have been only achieving 61-63% efficiency with my 20L. My crush is good with some
powder. I sparge with 3L of water after I lift the malt pipe. I only end with slightly shy of 5
    gallons g...

I have stopped making 4 gallons of starsan on bottling day and submerging the bottles to
sanitize. I now use the bottle squirter that sits on top of the bottle tree and don't worry
    about it.

Pretty sure 5 Star Chemical recommends not to use as a sanitizer when it's cloudy but YMMV.It
is just the make up of your home water that can cause the starsan mix to immediately cloud up.
