Are you starting your mash with the correct amount of water? I tend to go slightly a smidge
over the recommended amount just to make sure I'm adding enough to the fermenter at the end.

So lately I have been only achieving 61-63% efficiency with my 20L. My crush is good with some

I have stopped making 4 gallons of starsan on bottling day and submerging the bottles to
sanitize. I now use the bottle squirter that sits on top of the bottle tree and don't worry

Pretty sure 5 Star Chemical recommends not to use as a sanitizer when it's cloudy but YMMV.It
is just the make up of your home water that can cause the starsan mix to immediately cloud up.
