Beer kits are nothing like milk. Fresh kits are good for many months. That HBS was trying to

If I remember correctly, I think barleywines are made with so much DME/sugar/honey the yeast
just quits once it gets to a certain ABV, therefore the unfermented DME/sugar/honey is what

I bought a 6 pack of Bigfoot about a month ago. Stong stuff. I think it is one of the highest
alcohol content beers that can be bought. Hard to flavor something right with that much alcohol
