  • Started brewing a few years ago. Started (of course) with extract. After three or four batches of those shenanigans, I switched to AG via BIAB. Brewed that way for a long time. Eventually got a job brewing at a micro in NorCal. Still brewing BIAB tho. Even won me some awards. Brewing motto: The beer you like = good beer.
  • Something new. Always something new. Searching for that perfect beer.
