I use Iodophor after a hot water bath/scrub.Every six or seven times I might disassemble the
keg and rinse the parts in iodophor.Sometimes, when I'm really lazy, I'll put beer back in the
keg WITHOUT ...

Why not use a WhiteLabs or Wyeast American Wheat strain? :)
