sunday mornings is when i brew or bottle. i've gotten into the habit of brewing on the first
sunday of the month and then bottle on a sunday 2 or 3 weeks later. and i usually try to start

depends on what temp you're cooking it at. More importantly, you cook to a temperature, not to
a time.as with smoking all meats, you cook to the temp. :rolleyes:I usually do them at 250 and

Pulled a couple racks of spare ribs out of the freezer to thaw out this morning. I'll be
putting a dry rub on 'em and put them on the smoker tomarrow.
