Interesting, how much would it cost for additional flow meters etc per tap? I could see
business/bars looking it for a way to dispense are tables without a server?

Should be fine as is - saaz hops with there low alpha do require quite a bit to get the IBUs
where you would want. No protein rest necessary if you are using modern pilsner malt.

Whats your normal efficiency? just guessing at 60% cause you are doing a full volume may be a
false assumption. Lots of full volume BIABers get higher efficiency.
