My words of wisdom:You already have the kegs, then definitely go ahead and make your kettle and
mashtun but just do the bare minimum so you can get started brewing NOW and really learn what

1+ to the auto-siphon. If you don't have one you should get one. I also just make sure it's
sanitized and dip it down into the carboy to retrieve a sample.
