  I second both comments of moving the 45 and 30 min additions bringing those to the 10 and 5 min

  I think the recipe is fine. I would ditch that 45 min hop addition and put it at 5 min or less
  and add some dry hops. I usually mash my BWs on the low end. 148-150 area.
