It was set at 38°F but i have sice relocated the probe sensor and cut it up to 42° it's helped
a bunch but still accumulates over time if un checked...

Everything done except the trim around the wood its mounted too. Also was thinking of getting a

Fly sparging is more efficient, but on a home brew scale batch sparging is just fine.Not trying
