    I have a RIMS on auber PIDS and my mash Temps stay stable and precise. It's really a question
    of what equipment you want to get and the configuration of your panel IMO

    +1 on the MM2.. always performs, high quality, great adjustments, the platform is the only real
    down fall IMO

    Kölsch that I bottled last month. Used Wyeast 2565 and it tastes great!! Just takes a little

    Brewed this recipe today getting ready for the fall. I ramped the alpha rest up to 152 to
    increase some of that mouthfeel as you had stated. I'll let you know how it turns out. BTW do
    to limited yeast...
