Just keep it in primary for the 10 days and bottle, I am bottling a Weihenstephaner style hefe
as we speak, brewed 10 days ago, not much you can do about the bottle conditioning process

It doesnt matter if it is a valid promotion. I dont see how that further legitimizes the
exploition of this promotion. Say a code you entered belonged to someone who was about to
redeem it, and whoops...

If you are brewing with extract, you could be scorching it resulting in a darker color. One way
