  • I am a music teacher, I like to play golf, and had no idea that making my own beer would be this much fun. I worry too much and wish I had a basement so that I wasn't constantly looking at the beer I have sitting and waiting.

  • My wife bought me a simple two stage brew kit for father's day of 2011. I am on my seventh batch now, having five successful batches so far. I was just given clearance to start saving for a keg system...oh man life/beer is good.

    I use the grain bag around my syphon tube to try and keep more particulate from going into
    secondary or bottling bucket.
