I was just looking at this recipe too and came across this thread. Does anyone know why the
bittering hops are added at 15 minutes and not 60 as would be typical?

The reason I mashed at 158F is because Yooper had posted in the recipe thread that that is the

Brewed this 10 days ago and got an OG of 1.060 which was a little low. Over the last three days
the SG hasn't changed from 1.021 which is a little higher than I expected for this beer. I
