I have done many "Smash" IPA's using NB Marris Otter extract and their Golden LME. Personally
simcoe /mosaic and chinook were awesome in either extract

I went for the hype on the Enjoy by IPA yesterday. I missed out last year and made sure I had

Looks fine I would suggest adding possibly 1 or 2 more oz in the last 5 mins. I have done a
straight FF a few times but used a minimum if 6 oz in the boil and a couple for the dry hop.

Your hop schedule falls within the guidelines for an American IPA (I am getting 43.7 IBU from
Beer Smith). I think you are going to find with that much crystal that you may want more hop
