hey everyone so i added my nibs to a brown ale and theres a white film on the top of my
beer.....its been 4 days since i added them....2 weeks of fermenting....should i be worried??

If you are going for a honey pale ale add a few pounds of it to your grain bill. I agree that
it tastes more like honey than actual additive of honey. Add 7.5 pounds of 2 ROW 1-2 pounds of
honey malt ...

For a stout i usually do 1 oz of EKG at 60 1 oz of UK Fuggle at 30 and 1 oz of EKG at flame
out. Being my mom is from Kent, im all about the EKG!!!
