I can get my hands on Zombie Dust and anything 3 Floyd's that is seasonal. I also have a bomber
of 2011 Dark Lord Yellow Wax, if that tickles your fancy. Let me know!Posted in thread: Semi-pro temp control fridge on 08-23-2012 at 05:39 AM
Hey guys, I'm looking into picking up a temp controlled fridge. Anyone know of one that can
handle at least two full sized 1/2 barrel kegs? I've looked but can't seem to narrow down my
search enough t...Posted in thread: Caramel Malt on 07-01-2012 at 07:32 AM
You think the crystal malt overpowers the hops in Hoptimum? Either you have a bad bottle or you

beer with ...Posted in thread: Problems with brewing DIPA on 06-14-2012 at 10:06 PM
I would have never dreamed of using melanoiden malt in an ipa, but floyd knows a hell of a lot
more about it than I do. In terms of helping attenuate well, I would recommend a huge starter.
I haven't ...Posted in thread: Problems with brewing DIPA on 06-14-2012 at 09:25 AM
I'm still having issues with understanding how to get this thing under a FG of 1.020. I want it
definitely to have dryness and dominant hop flavors.I based my 3 Floyd's Dreadnaught recipe on
the one N...Posted in thread: Problems with brewing DIPA on 06-05-2012 at 07:59 PM
