    Got into it because my Dad brewed, and I had a friend that I'd brew with. Eventually got my own equipment and have been brewing since then.

    I do own an 8 gallon kettle so I do full boils of 5 gallon batches now, and have been pretty pleased with my partial mash set up (essentially the same one Deathbrewer describes)

    after looking at that I don't think you'll need the racking cane. But you will definitely still
