If it is over carbed then hook your air to your liquid side turn air on to about 12 psi and
when it stops try hooking keg back up like normal and that should remove some of the

I have not heard of any calculation but the reason is because the alcohol in the beer makes the
reading way off. You have to have a hydrometer to test FG.

So far all I've seen from him are extract brews from the can? I know he's not much on AG, but
he could at least do an extract with some grains & hops, like the kits from midwest...keep

It just means that you got better efficiency then the original poster. If you do it again you
may want to adjust your recipe to lower it down as stronger is not always better.

Question. I put this together 2 days ago and pitched w/ harvested S-04 ale yeast. I harvested
