I kept playing with it some more, and I think I'm going to simplify the design a bit using a
crosshair pattern to hold the pot instead of a diamond. Should allow venting, and it will be
easier to cut/...

Thanks for the suggestion. That's the only other thing I could think of as well without

If its just temporary for a party or something, then a large bucket with ice is pretty cheap.
If you're looking for a more permanent keezer or kegerator setup then a used fridge or chest

What's the latest on confirmed dealers selling the 1.0 version? I bought my stc-1000 (before
this project was around) off ebay, but it's a 1.1 version. I'd like to pick up a 1.0 and give
