  • I'm a homebrewer of Kombucha. I was the first one among my circle of friends and family to start brewing kombucha. Now they all call me Booch, because they think I'm the Kombucha version of Bubba from Forrest Gump who keeps on talking about shrimp. lol

  • I started drinking Kombucha in 2005. I discovered how to brew it on my own at home in 2006. Ever since, I've been sharing the knowledge to my family and friends. I've tried a lot of recipes such as the strawberry and peppermint kombucha, green tea kombucha, sweet tea kombucha, kombucha and orange tea.. these are my favorites..

    Did the temperature in your location change? It could be the temperature that caused the scoby
    to grow slowly. It it doesn't look like mold, it must be the temperature.

    supplies from them. I like them because they have awesome customer service and lots of free
