    ABOUT ME

  • Too bee continued...
  • Music,beer,cookin,eatin...
  • Lame
  • Almost anything most people consider weird.
  • I've always been a curious type... taking things apart to find out how they work, dreaming of ways to make things better. About 6 years ago a buddy moved back to Texas from Seattle where he got into brewing a little and gave up, giving all his acquired bits and pieces to me when I showed some interest in it. After a few years of playing with extract brewing I got swamped with the chores of new-home-ownership and didn't brew for a few years. Then over the past few years, my tastes for fancy beers were getting a bit too costly, so I've finally jumped back on the wagon so I can enjoy my expensive tastes in a more cost efficient manner and enjoy it even more since the brews are made by me!
