    Just looked up the order I placed, I got the 2.5" 1/2" NPT thread probe for the boil kettle.
    I'm using Tri-Clamp sensors (in a tee) for the mash and hlt.

    How is this not overheating? I've had nothing but difficulty with my chugger pumps tripping the
    thermal saftey. I have to keep a box fan blowing on them to supplement the built in fan.

    Random tip: to avoid a crystal-weizen, I was told to store my hefe's upside down. Kind of hard
    with corny kegs, but try keeping the yeast in suspension.
