I think you'll be fine. That happens a little bit almost every time I fill a keg...and
especially with a RIS you won't even notice.

You will likely get some off-gassing even if fermentation is 100% completed either as a result
of some yeast being disturbed back into suspension or just from the dissolved CO2 coming out.

Hard to say. The logical side in me says it isn't an infection because those are not

Could be a result of the high temperature towards the end of fermentation. If that's the case
it may clean up slightly, but probably not much.
