Going to give this a try in two weeks, can't get pacman, anyone use Denny's Fav Wyeast 1450?
Also, online HBS subbed centennial for Amarillo. Similar AAU, should be ok with these changes?

They have Cara Amber & Dark Kin Amber. I don't really know the difference between these and
Thomas Fawcett. I can't get Amarillo hops, so will be subbing for Centennial anyway ... I've

I brew in ottawa/ kingston and source hard to get things off canadianhomebrewsupply.com. They
have amber malt (just not Thomas fawcett).

Just pitched 2 packs of 3278 (24SEPT12 MFG date) that did not swell and so far no activity
after 12 hrs. I think this is normal. Any update with your experience?
