Hi all. Tomorrow I'm brewing my first IPA and I'm going to dry hop it. Is it better/more

Referring to my notes, I see that fermentation visibly began about 20 hours after I pitched the
yeast. Took about 6 days for the SG to stabilize, after which I racked to secondary. Left in

Yeah, sorry that might help. I live in Champaign, Illinois. There is a hobby shop here with

Thanks for all the quick answers everyone. I'll stick with corn sugar for now, no longer in the
wort as per DeathBrewer (My second batch is fermenting as I type this and has no added corn
sugar).
