  • A 1LT in the S2 shop got me hooked - it's his fault. Only extract (with some steeping) so far...
    Used posts on this site to make a MLT from a 10 gallon cooler, with CPVC manifold. Once I get a bigger brewpot I'm jumping to AG.

    Update - made the jump and ain't looking back...
  • Imperial Stout, Scottish 80/~, Hefe and Dunkel Weizen, and if I can find a good recipe, a dunkel reminiscent of a Thorbrau or Hasenbrau (Augsburg).

    If your Northern Brewer were really 4-4.5%, you've got about 33 IBUs, within the range of 20-40
