    All I ever do is toast 28oz. Shredded coconut. Put it in a hop bag. And steep it the last 10
    minutes of the boil. Always a hit with everyone that tries it.

    To get my wort temps. down in 10 minutes or less. I freeze water on a 2 liter pop bottle. And
    use it as a cooling paddle. Stiring the wort with it. While sitting in an ice bath.Works
