  • Just finished up grad school and have been brewing for almost a year. My wife supports my hobby 100% even though she does not really like beer.
    Retired farm kid. Big geek. Love to hunt. Love good beer.

  • I just got started up this past year. Did a few extracts and moved to all grain. I do "american style" BIAB, i.e. 10 min dunk sparge/mashout. I get ~78% efficiency with it. I bottle. No fermentation temp control yet, just different parts of the house.
