  • Added wine making to my list of hobbies, since then I've become interested in a variety of home brew processes. I've found public forums to be the best source of information on everything from cars to photography, hoping this one provides just as much insight.
  • My family and I went berry picking in the summer of '10, and split up among a section of Blackberry rows. 45 minutes later we met up and realized we should have stayed together as we had enough berries to fill the freezer. Looking for options other than cobbler, I stumbled on a few recipes for Blackberry wine and things took off from there. Since then, other family members have taken up wine making and beer brewing so that we can share recipes.
  • I've gotten my son into making his own root beer, I've recently started my first Kombucha (at my wife's request) and as soon as I can collect a few brewing components I plan on trying a few of my brother-in-law's beer recipes.

that "sweet" range, which is between 70-84 degrees. The optimum temp is as close to a constant
    84 degrees...

I managed to get it to work. I was new to GT Dave's and the only place I could find any didn't
have the 100% in stock. I did however find a variety of others that were listed as 95% raw, and
    the ginge...
