Looks like you can go all the way to 75 degrees F depending on the profile you are looking for.
Did you leave the recommended 33% head space? I'd say it's pretty close to 33%. It's an 8

You should just ferment in the top deck of the toilet, and rack to the lower bowlBrilliant!!
Use the bowl as a secondary? :D To aerate, just flush!

3068 Weihenstephan Weizen. Pitched yeast at about 5:30 pm, last night, and this was at 10:00

I never did update this post... This beer actually took 1st out of 19 entries in a competition,
and then took 2nd in another competition! Now I just have to re-create that water leak to brew
