    Apparently this is how Kolsch yeast begins fermentation, because the other carboy now has a
    blob and both are bubbling slightly.Very interesting, never used Kolsch yeast before.

    i just wait until fermentation has slowed, then dry hop with pellets right in the primary-
    reduces oxidation risk from extra racking, and this beer isnt going to sit on the yeast long
    enough to worry ...
