My custom panel uses 120/240. I have a pair of contactors and a selector switch on my RIMS
element for 'high' and 'low' operation. Low is 120, high is 240, 1375/4500. A simple flip of

Solder some XLR fittings into your panel. A good, cheap alternative for your RTD probes.I
actually like the Auber deluxe cables with QD's on each end. A little hard to position the pins
but not bad en...

My control panel has three 240v circuits and one 120v circuit. A SS 240v 2500w element would be

using Home Brew...

Current transformer would go on your incoming power. As close to the service as possible. Make
sure it is the same one that you pull 120V off of.Which red wire to what coil? You mean on your

Hi,I picked up a dual voltage/amp meter with a current transformer. My panel uses din breakers
and dual purpose contactors. Id like to read my total usage vs just a single element or only
the 120v stu...

I guess I was afraid of it sitting on the yeast sediment to long. It was in the the Primary for
a little over a week and I thought fermantation would continue. Should it stay in the Primary
