Went ahead and got recipe kit from my local homebrew shop called Derek's Horseshoe Bender. It's
a double IPA - 8.9% 163 ibus with 17oz of hops !! Most hops of any beer I've made so far and

Agreed, I just run boiling wort through it for a few minutes before going to chilling. I also
started using a hop spider which has helped a lot. I put quick connect fittings on the hose

I put my hops in the freezer.I buy my grain in bulk,unmilled. I store that in plastic totes in
my hallway closet.
