Yeast contamination does not necessarily have to come from your culture. It could come from
sanitation and wort handling practices.

The pellicle (crud on top) will break up, and/or you can rack from underneath it. It may reform
in the new vessel. No big deal either way.

Not sure this is possible, but wanted to throw it out there. After an account has several
messages flagged as spam, can it be temporarily locked? That way normal users can flag messages
late at night ...

It probably needs more time, but not in a bucket. Taste it, check the gravity, and transfer it
to a carboy or better bottle.
