    Take some of the Flanders red and put it in there. This. It's still got a few points to go, so
    I don't think you need to feed it. You might want to warm it up a little too.

    Yeast contamination does not necessarily have to come from your culture. It could come from
    sanitation and wort handling practices.

    The pellicle (crud on top) will break up, and/or you can rack from underneath it. It may reform
    in the new vessel. No big deal either way.

    Not sure this is possible, but wanted to throw it out there. After an account has several

    It probably needs more time, but not in a bucket. Taste it, check the gravity, and transfer it
    to a carboy or better bottle.
