the fridge will drop the pressure on of the co2 bottle thus it will show on the gauge. No
worries though because mine has been showing right there at the red for about 3 batches now.

just open the valve just enough to slowly drain the wort, let it sit that way for around 5 min

I guess since no one seems to know about this yeast ....I will be the one to find out how it
