Home Brewing Biography: I've always wanted to brew, so i figured i would take the plunge. My first brew wasn't the best, second was alright, and then i stopped for the winter. Now i'm back and picking up without missing a beat. I've began to keg my beer and force carbonate it, instead of bottling. It's easier for me to have at the house, and less of a mess. Soon i will be converting my basement into a full on fermentation room, so i can run multiple 5 gallon brews.
Future Brews: I still haven't tried an all grain brew, so that will be my soon future.
Kegged: Mint Pilzner.
