The mongols, under genghis kahn and others only had horse milk wine as an alcoholic beverage.

Thanks, I've heard about stalled fermentation. The SG was 1.008 at room temp about 68 degrees.
that seems a little high, but I'm not sure. How does one restart a stalled batch? Thanks.
