  • I started out with a Mr Beer set and 2 fermenters. I soon graduated to a 30 qt pot and 3 5 gallon ale pails, and a 15 cu ft fermentation chamber. I called my home brewery "Boats 'N Hoes" because I haven't heard it before referring to beer and it's fun to say. My wife designed my label and now it is just a whole lot of fun!

    Looks like beer to me. The formation of krausen is a better sign than any (or lack of any)
