I usually end up with just under 6 in the fermenter, 5.5 to secondary, and just a touch over 5

I'm taking my first crack at this one tomorrow morning. I am doing the "1 lb Honey Malt, 1 lb

Looks like beer to me. The formation of krausen is a better sign than any (or lack of any)
