    If they gave you the recipe, they should also be willing to tell you about the barrel, it's
    char level and the kind of oak. It's probably American oak medium char though.

    There will be no harm in shutting it down and emptying the freezer. It will be easier to move
    and deal with if empty. Your beer wont go bad warming up, but may get a little shaken up from
