I just did this yesterday. I ended up with a few experiments. 12.5 Gallons total.#1 - 4.25 gal
of cider with Brettanomyces bruxellensis Trois Vrai, Brettanomyces Clausenii, Brettanomyces

By the way this beer ended up sitting for about a year. The un-fruited version went through
every stage of baby diaper to sour apple so after a year it was smelling and tasting better but

those types of bottles are usually at least 50% heavier than normal 12oz ones. I weigh all my

If they are the thick Belgian bottles, 4 volumes should not be a problem at all. They can
handle more than that. The caps will hold.I do saisons all the time in the 3.5-4 volumes in
thick, capped bott...
