  • Been brewing since March '10. Started with Mr. Beer, moved to extract & partial mashes. Starting off 2011 just completed building my MLT using the information here on HBT.rnStarting 2012 with a kettle upgrade to 15 gallon.rn2013, moving to 10 gallon batches.

    Just dry hopped a batch of bitters, EKG and Bramling Cross at 60, flame out and dry hopped
    today . It's one of my routine recipes.
