    1.05 is not a very high OG. That equates to the range of 5%ish ABV.How are you figuring this
    out w/o knowing the final gravity, or are you just making a guess that it'll all ferment?

    so I came home from a night of dancing to do another little jig in my hallways when I opened
    the pantry and saw my airlock bubbling away! Here's hoping there's no effect on the taste.
