After my initial complaints as far as the ****ty spigot, I contacted the company and they
promptly responded that they were considering enlarging the hole to use the standard brew

I have a couple 3 gallon better bottles. Will they have too much head space for a 1 gallon
batch?Like the other guys say, no problem there. I use a 3 gallon fermentor all the time.

Bottled my Kentucky Common on Friday, brewed a IPA yesterday and just brewed a Rye Ale this

We used horse shoes welded on for the handles. Gives it a fancy look.
