    After my initial complaints as far as the ****ty spigot, I contacted the company and they
    promptly responded that they were considering enlarging the hole to use the standard brew
    bucket spigot..........

    I have a couple 3 gallon better bottles. Will they have too much head space for a 1 gallon
    batch?Like the other guys say, no problem there. I use a 3 gallon fermentor all the time.
