Decreasing the boil time of your buttering hops along with how much you're buttering with will
have the biggest effect.

Also, a quick update. I would like to monitor the mash temp from the outside of the valve. What

Cascade hops have an awesome grapefruit citrus taste. I'd recommend them for bittering and
Citra/simcoe for aroma.

I am in the process of building a new rig and would like to use digital sensors to monitor (not
control) the temps in my HLT and MLT. I know I need a simple digital gauage, similar to a love
