  • Final year student in Biotechnology in Dublin, Ireland, so therefore i'm poor and would like to have a few beers for cheap, and also the gratification of actually producing a decent beer that i would gladly serve to my mates and family

    Previous experience include all grain brews on a pilot scale in college, produced some tastey largers, but was not allowed to keep them :(

    Just wondering...this yeast you are using, is it 'Turbo Yeast' or possibly Lalvin EC-1118??I am
