    Has anyone ever had the shock top honey crisp apple wheat? I'm looking to possibly clone it but

    That is how mine looked too. I brewed it 1/3 and bottled 2 weeks later and opened 1 every other
    week since. I have 1 left and it will sit a bit. Its good but needs more time to mellow

    I cant decide what to brew this weekend. My wife ordered me 3 nb kits. An Irish Red ale. Cream
    ale and an American wheat. All one gallon. Just dont know which one to do first.

    I have a regular size auto-siphon. Will that work for 1 or 2 gallon batches or is it best to
    have a mini auto-siphon?From what i understand it wont fit the 1 gallon glass jugs

    I have a question for the ones that keg. Have you ever kegged a one gallon batch in a 5 gallon
    corny? If so does it affect the beer in any way?
