Are you batch sparging or fly?Batch sparging. With the mash I was using 1.33. quarts per pound.

HMmmm. I didn't think about the mash temp being too high. I usually make the assumption that
I'll lose a lot of heat when a transfer the water and mash in the grain. Maybe I've been
