I am about to dunk my bird in the brine now a little short on time but better late than never.
Added rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic and bay leaves to the liquid and boiled it for ten minutes.

I enjoy brewing and cooking. But I also love Mickey D's and Domino's! Best of all
