Why don't you just run boiling hot water through it. Run it through for like 15 minuets that
all you need to do. The Oxy clean is over kill and then the vinegar your just asking for cidery

I'd just run the vinegar through straight. Screw a solution. Just buy a big jug of it and
recirc with your pump. You may not have a pump, and if so, you could just funnel it in and
drain into a bucket...

No you won't need anything extra. The pot will barely hang over the edge, but it won't matter
