  Right now weather.com has you listed at 108F or 42C, about a **** ton short there.well actually
  right now the city is listed at 109F but feels like 125F so its not really nice weather

  well actually you could search for Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, and well the temps, in
  the summer are in the range of 40-53 Celsius

  im looking forward to brew but this freaking weather would give some problems, for instance
  chilling the wort and fermenting, im looking foward to brew a fermentation chamber, with a
  18,000 btu A/C

  ok by the legal you cant to much, but socially speaking you could make some noise with the
  media, and really you should go to the brewery and just tell them that if they cant come up
  with recipes like...
